Order Processing

Orders are processed based on the type of item purchased:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom orders: Processed within 3–7 business days after design approval.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Our primary goal is to ensure all your orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped according to their processing timeframe:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–3 business days.
  • Custom orders: 3–7 business days after design approval.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or periods of high order volume. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Flat-rate shipping: $7.99
  • Free U.S. shipping on all orders over $75.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. They are provided as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment.
